1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our digital services, including automation and web development, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a service has been delivered or work has commenced.
2. Project Cancellation
If a project is cancelled by the client before any work has started, a full refund of any deposit may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If work has already begun, the deposit is non-refundable, and the client may be billed for work completed up to the point of cancellation.
3. Service Dissatisfaction
We are committed to delivering high-quality work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of project completion. We will work with you to address your concerns and make reasonable revisions to meet the agreed-upon project scope. However, this does not entitle the client to a refund.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Service fees for completed projects.
- Deposits for projects where work has commenced.
- Third-party costs, such as domain names, hosting fees, or software licenses purchased on behalf of the client.
